Saint Mary's (Anglican) Church WW1 Roll of Honour, Brynmawr
Another interesting visit for one of our First World War Research Groups was to Saint Mary’s (Anglican) Church in Brynmawr.
There were a number of war memorials within the Church that were recorded.
The most ‘impressive’ monument was an ornate marble tablet containing the names of all of the men of the parish who lost their lives in the First World War. There were also 3 memorials dedicated to individuals who were killed in the conflict, which are listed as separate catalogue records.
